The ground floor has a living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as a social toilet. On this floor, there is also an en-suite bedroom with a private toilet and access to a small outdoor area with a table, chairs and an outdoor shower. On the upper floor are two additional bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and large glass doors, with plenty of natural light and leading to the terrace. The terrace is equipped with sofas and chairs, providing a cozy space to relax. Other things to note Access to the 1st floor is via a spiral staircase. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor.
