The condo features upstairs & downstairs king suites, a kid-friendly twin nook, full kitchen, boot dryer, and garage parking. Walk to lifts, dining, après, hiking, and year-round mountain adventures. Pool is closed summer 2026 The space Living Area: - Two large sofas and armchair - Wood burning fireplace - Smart TV - Boot dryers and patio access to ski slopes Kitchen & Dining: - Fully stocked Kitchen - Dining table that seats 6 Bedrooms: - Primary Bedroom (upstairs): King bed, full en-suite bathroom, TV, view of the ski slopes - Second Bedroom (downstairs): King bed, full en-suite bath, TV - Twin Nook (downstairs): Two twin beds set in a partially enclosed alcove (walls on two sides) - perfect for kids or extra guests Additional Amenities: - Year-round heated pool and outdoor hot tubs at the Highlands Lodge building - Indoor hot tub in the Slopeside building - Indoor gym with essential equipment on the 3rd floor - Heated garage parking for 1 vehicle Guest access Guests will have full private access to the entire condo, including direct ski access from the back patio. You’ll also have access to the shared community amenities, including: - Year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tubs at Highlands Lodge - Indoor hot tub in the Slopeside building - Fitness room with essential gym equipment - Heated garage parking for 1 vehicle Other things to note - True ski-in/ski-out access is weather and snow dependent, especially early and late season. - The condo is located on multiple levels with stairs between the upstairs and downstairs sleeping areas. - The twin nook is a partially enclosed alcove with walls on two sides and is best suited for children or flexible sleeping arrangements. - One heated garage parking space is included with the reservation. Additional parking may be limited during peak seasons. - Wood-burning fireplace available for guest use. Wood is not provided. - Community amenities, including pools, hot tubs, and fitness facilities, may occasionally close for maintenance without notice. - Fireworks are typically held on Thursday evenings during ski season, as well as on New Year’s Eve and the 4th of July, weather permitting. - Beaver Creek Village is highly walkable, but winter conditions can still be snowy and icy - appropriate footwear is recommended.
