Accessible self-catering cottage with hot tub

We are delighted to offer this lovely converted steading building. Designed to include guests with varying levels of mobility the comfortable spaces provide a great balance of communal space with sleeping rooms. Sitting on the patio you can enjoy panoramic views over the countryside- which literally comes into your garden. At different times of the year you will see how we grow barley and wheat. We have regular wildlife visitors stopping in past- hares, deer, pheasants and other wild birds. The space The cottage is a beautiful light and airy space with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen/dining/family room provides everything you need for self catering and room to host everyone comfortably. From the garden room you can sit and enjoy the panoramic views to the east and south. The corridors and doors are wide to accommodate wheelchairs if required and access to the front door is ramped so no stairs inside or out to negotiate. The en-suite shower room has a walk-in shower and is therefore ideal for everyone (mobility issues or not) and the family bathroom allows for bathing of children of all ages. The bedrooms are spacious and have full height windows to make best use of the great views the cottage enjoys. The cottage has a paved patio area with seating, accessed from the garden room, and a grassed garden area. Guest access All parts of the cottage are for your exclusive use. Other things to note We are now offering the private use of a hot tub, there is a charge for this and we need 2 days notice to have it ready for your arrival. There are 2 parking spaces beside the cottage- if you have more than 2 cars there is ample parking space just a few yards away. All the major supermarkets will deliver groceries to us- and we are happy to receive these for you before your arrival time if you wish- just let us know the delivery slot in advance please.
