Our home by the sea

Let yourself be welcomed in the quiet neighborhood called "the gardens" within walking distance of the center and the sea, surrounded by the greenery of the gardens of the old Fano sailors. You will enjoy the sunset among the hills and the city walls. You can walk to all the places in the Roman city, the beaches and the Fanesi clubs. Arriving by train? You can forget about the 4 wheels: you have everything close to you. The space The house has just been renovated, it has 2 large double bedrooms, one with an extra single bed, a bathroom, a spacious hallway, a kitchen with space for eight people and all comforts: terraces on 3 sides. Access to the apartment is shared with the owner who uses the corridor to access the upper floor. All other spaces are for exclusive use. Guest access The house is located on a private street isolated from the road, with the possibility of parking. The apartment is on the first floor, accessible by a short staircase. At the time of check-in, a tourist tax of €1.30 per guest over the age of 14 will be requested. Other things to note With terraces on three sides, you can always stay cool or sunbathe.
