Current internet speed is ~120-150 Mbps. Washer and Dryer. Lots of outdoor relaxing and socializing areas. A ton of breeze coming off of the ocean. Very relaxing. Highly filtered water supply to the house. Double filtered. Although it's recommended to consume potable drinking water instead of from the tap, the house water is safe to drink, shower in, brush teeth, etc.
