Two cottages available: 14 people in Le Logis alone or up to 27 with the Le Panache cottage if you wish to rent both connecting! A wooded outdoor space fully enclosed by walls with an area of 4,700 m² will bring you serenity and a change of scenery! A terrace area with gas plancha and access to our private 11x5m heated pool with sunbeds will invite you to relax from the 1st weekend of May. Nordic bath in low season. The space A 65 m² living room with equipped kitchen, washing machine, large reception table and a games area (foosball, darts) will bring you together with family or friends. You can relax in an adjoining 27 m² living room or have fun with the kids in the 9 m² playroom dedicated to young people... Upstairs, three bedrooms are each equipped with a 160×200 bed and a 90*190 bunk bed for 4 people as well as a bedroom composed of a 160×200 bed with 1 baby bed. A baby crib/high chair/baby bath and changing mat will be available on request Two bathrooms are available for the 4 bedrooms as well as 2 toilets separate from the bathrooms on the floor of the gîte. A pool room with toilet is available outside. The swimming pool with safety curtain is accessible and heated from May 1 to September 30, and a Nordic bath is accessible from October 1 to April 30! Guest access Check-in starts at 4 p.m. for a check-out before 10 a.m., except for bookings from Friday to Sunday, when you can enjoy your stay until 7 p.m. on Sundays! A key box will be available if we are not on site for your arrival. The land as well as the terrace facing our home are private and will not be accessible to relax and park. The garage located near the terrace is also private. Other things to note The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., the terrace and park are private during your stay. Only the space in front of our house and the garage are private. We rent only one gîte at a time for more tranquility. We do not allow outdoor music, parties or celebrations for the well-being of our neighborhood, thank you for your understanding!
