Farmhouse between Dijon and Châtillon-sur-Seine

Come and relax in our family home for 3 generations, carefully renovated, overlooking the wheat fields and located in the Burgundy countryside, 45 minutes from Dijon and Châtillon sur Seine. Our cottage is located within our farm still in activity, ideal for reconciling return to nature and discovering the life of an agricultural farm with its chickens, cows and cereal cultivation. Perfect for stays with friends and family or business trips. The space 160 m² accommodation on two levels. On the ground floor you will find: - a large 65 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room and billiards area. During the renovation, we kept the old bread oven in the kitchen for its decorative appearance and in the living room the fireplace of our parents whose stones had been cut by a Meilleur Ouvrier de France in the category. - a sitting area whose decoration was chosen in a cozy spirit - a billiards area - 1 bathroom with a high ceiling and exposed beams. A large walk-in shower for comfort and modernity and a workbench renovated by me, whose ceramic basins were made by the Poterie d'Alesia for the charm. - separate toilet - 1 large bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm king size bed and a large wardrobe from our great-great-grandmother Upstairs you can enjoy two additional bedrooms: - Bedroom 1 with queen size bed 160 x 200 cm - Bedroom 2 with queen size bed 160 x 200 cm as well The walls of the upstairs hallway are being finished, missing the last coat of paint. :) We provide the linens and leave it to you to bring your towels and toiletries. For children, we provide a crib, high chair, Beaba high chair, chair booster and bathtub. Our accommodation is suitable for six people. We appreciate your respect for this important point for us. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we have replaced the Intex hot tub with a genuine, very high-quality hot tub, designed for your comfort and well-being.
