Bedrooms (A/C) They are located on 2nd and 3rd floor which are accessed by the stairs. In every bedroom, a set of towels is kindly provided (gray and white) for each person. Kindly be informed that the towels will not be changed every day. There is a free washing machine service for you. 1st-bedroom -Master bedroom with 1 queen-size bed and single-size bed. This bedroom can fit 3 guests. -An electric fan is provided for this room. 2nd-bedroom -Master bedroom with 1 queen-size bed and single-size bed. This bedroom can fit 3 guests. -Iron and Ironing table are ready to be serviced in this area. 3rd-bedroom (small room) -This bedroom can accommodate 1-2 guests with a single bed size. -If you require the accommodation for an extra guest, there is a sofa bed to serve you nicely** Note: 1. Please take care of furniture & all property items, any loss or damage during your stay shall be charged reasonably according to the actual costs of replacement. 9. Please don’t throw tissues / sanitary products into the toilet. ** If against our premises, you will be charged 3,000THB to fix of toilet unclogging ** 10. Please take good care of the house keys; any loss will be fined 1,000 Baht. 11. Please take off your shoes; the slippers are provided for only walking inside the house. 12. No heavy cooking allowed 13. Please do not leave your valuable items & important pieces of stuff when you are going out / or please recheck your belongings before your checkout date, we do not take responsibility for their disappearance. 14. Important Notice: I would kindly ask for passport photos of all guests to complete TM30/24hr (Immigration process). Also, please make sure you are OK to provide this document before booking.
