Sunny annex

Sunny upstairs annexe space in our family home, a bespoke timber frame, eco build. Big bedroom with double bed in the eaves with spare bed option for the main living space. Bathroom, kitchenette at one end of the living area with room for extra bed. Easy to reach East Midlands Airport and station, whilst Nottingham Uni's agricultural college is just across the road (not even a five minute walk!). The space All rooms are in the eaves. Large living area has big sofa and a small kitchenette at one end. Seating at a small table for four people. There is a sofa bed in here which is big enough for two children or one adult. However, should extra guests (i.e. two extra adults) be required then please contact me and we will see what we can arrange. Bathroom is small but perfectly formed. Bath/shower. Bedroom is a big size with comfy double bed and views over the garden and Soar Valley, beyond. Guest access Guests have access to the annexe area only. Access to other areas is only upon prior arrangement. Other things to note The annexe is attached to the main family home. You will access the annexe by a private entrance which is up a wooden staircase. There is a connecting door between the main bedroom and the family home but this is behind a thick curtain (on the family side) and remains locked at all times. We have two small children who are very friendly and generally well-behaved but they are kids so please be aware that this is their home so look out for toys and a bit of noise! The annexe comes with one car parking space. If you need more than this please let me know in advance. We do not offer breakfast but we have some great recommendations of local places that do, or we are very happy to provide some bowls/plates etc and some fridge space if you would like to bring your own.
