Modern villa from 2017 for up to 6 guests. 700 meters from the 4 km long sandy beach which runs from Tylösand to Ringenäs. 500 meters to ICA store, health center, pharmacy, restaurant. Perfect accommodation for golf guests as the house is located between one of Sweden's best golf courses - Halmstad Golfklubb (Tylösand) as well as Ringenäs GK. If you rent a room, you share common areas with the landlord. If you rent more than one room (more than 2 people) you have exclusive access to the whole house. I have a dog.
