Important House Rules: We kindly remind our guests to follow these strict policies: No pets allowed. No smoking inside the unit. Clothing must be dried using the drying rack on the balcony – please do not hang anything on the aircon cage or balcony handle. Failure to comply with these house and condo rules may result in penalties. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home safe and comfortable for all guests. Thank you! Guest access Registered guests can access the following condo amenities: - Swimming pools (Lounge, Lap and Kiddie) with fee of Php200/pax/day. Fee goes directly to the condo PMO. Open to guests every Mon, Tue, Wed and Fri except on holidays. Cabanas are also open for use subject to a fee of Php200 for 3 hours. - Basketball Court until 6PM, subject to availability. With charge of Php200/hour if you're using the court from 6PM to 9PM. Court is closed for use after 9PM. ** Court is not available for guests on Fridays, Saturdays, Sunday and Holidays. - Open playground, lounge area at the ground floor of condo community, roof deck on Lavender and Marantina buildings are also open to guests. For guests staying more than 1 month, access to swimming pools is FREE subject to signing a short-term lease contract between the host and tenants. Tenants will also have access to the fitness gym of the condo with a minimal fee of Php1000 per pax for a month's use. Other things to note Our existing bed configuration comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests: Master’s Bedroom: Queen Size Bed (sleeps 2 guests, bed-sharing) Bedroom 2: Single Bunk Beds (sleeps 2 guests) We can also accommodate a 5th guest for free, but they will need to use the available amenities as we are unable to provide additional linens, pillows, towels, or supplies. As we manage our unit remotely, we are unable to fulfill additional requests, but we do provide the following standard amenities: Queen Size Bed with 4 pillows, blanket & beddings Single Bunk Beds with 2 pillows per bed, blanket & beddings Towels Floor Rugs Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to hosting you!
