Enjoy this unique waterfront property at a small marina in Portsmouth, RI. Conveniently located between Providence (30 minutes) and Newport (30 minutes) and one hour to Boston. Only a short walk to coffee shops, ice cream, restaurants, and bars and directly across the street from a public beach. Ask about a transient boat slip availability if you prefer to arrive by water! The space This recently renovated apartment features two bedrooms, two queen sized beds, a full bathroom, living room and a full kitchen area as well as Wi-Fi, Keurig, free parking, fresh linens and towels. Guest access Guests will have access to two parking spaces which are located directly in front of the apartment, you will see a sign reading "Reserved Parking for Unit 1.” You will also have access to the Adirondack chairs which are located near the docks. (If the chairs have been removed for a storm, but you would like to use them please let us know and we will be happy to set it them up for you.) Feel free to walk around the property and docks. You will see "No Trespassing" signs, however those do not apply to guests of the marina or airbnb. Other things to note To access the bathroom you must be able to climb 2 steps. While there is no central A/C, there is a window air conditioning unit, located in the living room, that cools the whole apartment. One of the bedrooms has an emergency exit door that can be locked from inside the bedroom. The rest of the first floor is a marina office and a work area. The work area is used minimally when there are guests staying in the Airbnb and shouldn’t be disruptive at all. Pet Owners: Please clean up after your dogs, there are doggie waste bags in the drawer closest to the refrigerator. You can toss the waste bags in the dumpster that is located in the parking lot towards the road. Or, you can leave them outside on the porch and we will collect and dispose of them when you check out. Thanks! Trash: There is a dumpster located near the street on the opposite side of the parking lot, this is where garbage bags can be disposed if needed.
