Once inside Pura Vida Oasis, you will enjoy the open living space, cooking in the spacious kitchen, or playing board games at the kitchen island. The front balcony views overlooking Colorado River are beautiful, or enjoy staying in with TVs in every room. The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a dresser space for all your belongings, a walk-in closet, and private bathroom, and tv. The queen bedroom has a bedside table, and tv. The twin bedroom has two twin beds, tv stand, and tv, and is great for kids or adults. Both bathrooms have granite countertops and a oversized walk-in shower. Lastly, the living room has a queen bed in the sectional couch. There is plenty of parking directly under the house. Take a very short stroll down the street to the jetty park and beach or walk across the street to the Colorado River. Other things to note Departure cleaning is included with your rental of the home; however, the Guest is responsible for the following items prior to departure: - Turn AC up to 80 or turn heat down to 65. - Place all used towels in shower(s). - Strip all bed linens and leave on bed(s). - Wash and put away any dishes you use. - Remove all trash from rental home and place in outside red trash cans. If not enough room please take extra trash with you. -Turn off all lights, ceiling fans, TV's and lock door behind you.
