Private parking for 1 car in a shared driveway with the owners. Private front porch. No access to back yard or pool but front yard and porch are included. The space This guesthouse is 2 floors, kitchen, bathroom, and living room with fireplace are downstairs. Bedrooms upstairs. Back entryway and front porch. There is 1 window AC unit in the main bedroom.
