It is located on the ground floor and overlooks Via Leccosa; 2 heavy dark curtains provide privacy (There are 2 french doors and a tiny window in the bedroom). Spanish steps and Piazza Navona are literally 9 and 7 mins away on foot. I advise that due to work in the building there is scaffolding outside the apartment. The space The flat was recently renovated by an architect who chose to work with clean essential lines to allow guests’ eyes to repose after a full day out in the city. The bedroom has a double bed and it overlooks the characteristic inner courtyard of an elegant traditional building of nineteenth century Rome . There is an alcove to hang clothes and one of the 2 ACs (hot/cold) in the flat. The bathroom is small but functional and has a brand new shower and a toilet/bidet. The kitchen is fully equipped with pans and pots, cutlery, wine glasses and has an induction hob, fridge and microwave. There is a couch and the second AC in the living/kitchen area. As you saw in the pictures, the apartment is located on the ground floor and overlooks Via Leccosa on one side and the inner courtyard on the other. Guest access Our guests will be accompanied by our information and our assistance from the moment of their reservation to their check-out. The first access to the flat will be automatized for an easy self check-in using a keypad with a code that will be provided. There will be no time limits for arrivals. Other things to note The flat is in the heart of the city centre so it will be possible and highly recommended to go everywhere on foot. A few steps away there are grocery stores, restaurants, bars and banks.
