Welcome to your Beach Bliss! Enjoy this 1 bedroom- 1 bathroom oceanfront condo located on the second floor in Seascape. The condo offers a private balcony, keyless entry, and community pool. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening drink on the lovely balcony. Please read full listing for all information on the condo and surrounding area! The space When entering the unit you will be met with a spacious living room space. The living room space offers a Smart TV, and balcony slider door and comfortable seating for 2 guests. Off the living room, you are met with a kitchen. It is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, barstool seating for 2 and everything you need to make a a meal. Between the living room and kitchen, will be a small hallway which leads to a bathroom with a washer and dryer in hallway closet. On the other bed of the hallway leads to the main bedroom. The bedroom has a king bed for your sleeping arrangements, large window to enjoy the view and balcony access. Equipped with a dresser, and walk in closet to unpack and make yourself at home. We supply linens for the king bed in the bedroom. The deck is a great place to have coffee and watch the sunrise or maybe just catch the surfers later in the day while sipping a margarita. If the timing is right, you will be treated to an absolutely stunning moonrise over the ocean. Guest access You will have be able to enjoy the whole one bedroom condo to yourself with a private oceanfront balcony with access from the living room and bedroom! There are 2 parking passes provided for the unit. There is additional over flow parking across the street around the Salmon Colored building labeled "Courtyard at Seascape". The pool is also located across the street between the "Courtyard at Seascape" buildings. They offer some pool loungers and tables. There is also a smaller charcoal community grill outside the pool gates for guest use. (Charcoal is not provided). Other things to note Open dates for community pool and shared amenities are subject to the community Homeowners Association. Pools are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
