The space Kemptown is a wonderful place to visit at any time of year. This part of the beach is preferred by locals and with the addition of the new Sea Lanes development on the beach which includes a 50m outdoor heated lap pool, yoga studio, Fika coffee shop, Bison Beach bar and beach sauna, it's the perfect place to spend the Summer months and watch the sun rise or go down! In winter it's great to wrap up for a beach walk and spend some time cosying up in one of the great nearby pubs or cafes. Stepping into the apartment, a welcoming hallway awaits with a built-in wardrobe, providing ample storage for your belongings. Straight ahead you'll discover a pristine bathroom featuring a relaxing bath and an overhead shower, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. A separate door leads you into the expansive main living area, with a king-size bed and luxurious sheets, a generously-sized sofa, a functional desk area, a large mirror, and a sideboard with convenient drawers. The huge ‘picture’ on the wall above the grand fireplace is in fact a well disguised ‘A’ Frame Samsung TV with all the standard TV apps. A charming window table provides an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the ambiance. The ceiling-to-floor windows are equipped with folding shutters, ensuring complete privacy and creating a cosy, dark sleeping space for a peaceful night's rest. As you swing open the French doors, you'll step into the kitchenette area with large windows, granting you breathtaking views of the sea. From the Marina in the East to the iconic Palace Pier and the remnants of the West Pier in the West, this panoramic view is truly something special. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the sea, making your stay in this flat a memorable experience. If you don't fancy eating out, the well equipped kitchen has a hob and oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine & cafetière, toaster and microwave and all you need to make and enjoy a meal at the dining table with amazing views. We have a lovely stretch of shops and cafes a couple of minutes walk away at Kemptown Village. With a few great pubs, cafes and restaurants along with a late night Co-op. Coffee, tea & sugar are provided. Fluffy towels and toiletries are also provided Guest access The large apartment is positioned on the first floor and at the front of a beautiful regency building with stunning panoramic views of the sea. Reached from the foyer via a large staircase, there is no lift available. The apartment is on one level and you will have use of the whole space. Other things to note Please note there is private car park which requires the use of a visitor permit. The cost is free for the first 48hrs and then £10/per day thereafter as the vehicle will need to be recorded with the parking company. There is no guarantee of a space on arrival but there there is never usually an issue. There is long stay metered parking near the apartment if needed.
