Ideally situated in the heart of the old town, right next to Nancy’s must-see attractions! The Basilica of Saint-Epvre is just below the accommodation, whilst Place Stanislas, Place de la Carrière and Parc de la Pépinière are just a short walk away. All amenities are nearby (bakery, mini-market, chemist, shops) and food lovers will appreciate the famous ‘Rue Gourmande’ just a few metres away. A 10-minute walk from the station, this is the ideal spot for a perfect stay in Nancy. The space It comprises a large living area with a seating area and a dining area opening onto the kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave and all necessary utensils), making it ideal for both short and long stays. The bathroom has a shower with a toilet, a hairdryer, as well as shower gel, shampoo and hand soap. Linen is provided (bed linen and towels). Wi-Fi and a smart TV with DTT channels are also available. Bus stops are just a few metres away, making it easy to get around Nancy. As for parking, as the street is pedestrianised, it is not accessible by car. You can park in the neighbouring streets or at the Indigo Vaudémont car park. Other things to note Please note that check-in is available from 4 pm and check-out must be completed by 10 am. For your convenience, you may request an early check-in or late check-out, subject to an additional charge and subject to our approval, depending on our schedule and the availability of our cleaning staff. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. Any breach of this rule will result in a cleaning charge of €150. Out of respect for the neighbours, as the flat is located in a block of flats, please keep noise to a minimum and do not disturb the other residents.
