Country house with garden

4 people can make themselves comfortable in the newly renovated house of the great-grandmother. Conveniently located by the S31, it offers the perfect getaway. An outdoor pool, a railbike tour, Lackenbach Castle/Nature Park and the forest are in the immediate vicinity, and all around there are Forchtenstein Castle, biking trails, Landsee Castle Ruins, Ritzing Swimming Lake, Sopron, a climbing hall, Liszt Cultural Center, Lutzmannsburg Thermal Spa, Schlaibing Castle, Fairy Tale Park, Eis Greissler Ice Cream Factory – here, everything is possible for young and old, in any weather, for relaxation and activity :) The space The living room with fireplace is a particularly pleasant place, but you can also sit comfortably at the old wooden table in the kitchen and possibly cook with the old wood-fired oven (or, if you prefer, with the modern, new electric stove). The bedroom is quiet, facing the cul-de-sac, and, like the living room, can be completely darkened with the exterior blinds. The veranda was enclosed many years ago so that the toilet would no longer be outdoors. Although it is not sealed and is only heated to prevent freezing, it invites you to linger in all seasons. The garden in particular is a retreat and you are welcome to help shape it and discover it. Guest access The house is, of course, completely and exclusively at your disposal. Only the basement (with summer kitchen) remains locked for storage and cleaning equipment. We are looking for long-term tenants for the house who will take good care of it themselves and who can appreciate the emotional family value and charm of the house.
