The house is well equipped with all modern facilities and has several nice outdoor spaces where you can relax and enjoy nature. Villaopheim is the place for those who want a peaceful and private atmosphere together with their loved ones, preferably after experiencing exciting activities the area has to offer. The house is well shielded from view, which gives you total privacy. There are many great hiking opportunities on foot right from the house, all year round. The space Experience luxury and comfort in this magnificent villa of 250m², distributed over two floors. The house has five bedrooms and ten beds, perfect for large families or groups. The property has a large, well-maintained plot with several outdoor spaces, ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities. The villa is child-friendly and universally designed, making it accessible to everyone. The property overlooks Nordfjorden, and from the house you can walk to popular hiking destinations such as Rakssetra and Hoven Restaurant. Enjoy the spectacular views and the many hiking opportunities right outside the door. We also have a helicopter landing pad right by the villa. Other things to note No hidden costs. The following is included in your stay: • Professional cleaning after check-out (we calculate 13-15 hours between each group) • Bed linen, towels, cloths and bathrobes from approved laundry • Gas for barbecue and fireplace • Fresh flowers placed around the house • Fruit, chocolate, water bottles and ice cubes • Basic household items such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, spices in many varieties, basic baked goods, as well as detergent for washing machine and dishwasher, and various cleaning items. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking and serving. - Birch wood for the fireplace below the house The villa has 5 bedrooms: • 4 rooms with fixed double beds that cannot be separated • 1 room with a double bed that can be converted into two single beds We kindly ask guests to use the intended sleeping places. It is not desirable to create alternative sleeping places elsewhere in the house. If you want a cook for one or more days, we can try to help with this. We have an agreement with a couple of skilled chefs who know the kitchen well and make very good food. This is offered for an addition to the price.
