The Person renting the condo has to be staying at the condo the entire duration of the rental period; no sublets or third party bookings please. Maximum 6 guests overnight, not including infants under 2. Maximum daytime occupancy of 9 people (excluding infants under 2) . Occupancy of no more than 6 people (except kids under 2) starting at 9PM. Quiet hours are 9PM to 8AM. No noise must be audible after 9PM from the condo or before 8AM.
