The space Open year-round and situated within a vast 28-decare landscape, our property boasts four delightful bungalows, two cabins affectionately named “The Bird’s Nest,” and natural tent grounds. Whether you choose to bring your own camping gear or opt for one of our spacious tents, you can expect both privacy and comfort during your stay. Our tents are thoughtfully arranged to provide seclusion while ensuring convenient access to communal areas. Each tent is furnished with a double bed, pillows, linens, and towels for your convenience. Our property boasts several essential structures that enhance the overall experience. The cafe area serves as a hub for social interaction and relaxation, featuring comfortable seating areas and a welcoming ambiance. This space is perfect for working, enjoying breakfast, coffee, snacks or dinner while soaking in the serene surroundings. We have shared toilets and showers that are well-maintained. Our property is designed with recreation in mind. Guests can engage in various activities such as basketball on our dedicated court, which provides an excellent opportunity for friendly competition or casual play. For those who prefer more relaxed games, we offer a ping pong table, pétanque, table football, and an assortment of board games. Additionally, several hammocks are strategically placed throughout the grounds, inviting guests to unwind and enjoy the tranquil environment. Whether you want to read a book or simply take in the sights and sounds of nature, these hammocks provide the perfect spot for relaxation. One of the standout features of our property is its breathtaking red pine forest. This natural landscape changes beautifully with each season, offering stunning views year-round. The forest is not only visually appealing but also teeming with wildlife; guests may encounter various animals that inhabit this rich ecosystem. The combination of lush greenery and vibrant wildlife creates an idyllic setting for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. Guest access Enjoy access to a variety of shared spaces. Guests can work or relax in the café or engage in sportive activities at the basketball area and ping pong table. For those seeking leisure, we have hammocks. Our shared shower and toilet facilities are also accessible to all guests. During the summer, you can enjoy skygazing in our little arena, which transforms into a cozy fire pit for evening gatherings during the fall and winter seasons. Barbeque activities are offered during these cooler months too. Additionally, you can explore the nearby forest with short or long walks Kitchen Access: Please note that the main kitchen is NOT a shared space; however, I am happy to provide you with a cooling box or store your grocery items in our fridge upon request. The kettle in the café area is available for guest use—just remember to unplug it after use. The main kitchen closes at 22:00 (10:00 PM), so please ensure you have everything you need by then. The café area remains open for all guests 24/7. Other things to note Guests are required to provide passport information (for international guests) or an ID number (for Turkish guests) as mandated by regulations in Türkiye. Fire Safety Regulations During the summer months, we prioritize the safety of our guests and the surrounding environment. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to light any fires for any reason. This includes campfires, barbecues, or any other open flames. While smoking is permitted inside your room, we urge everyone to exercise extreme caution when smoking outdoors. Please ensure that you properly extinguish all smoking materials and dispose of them responsibly to prevent any fire hazards. Respecting Wildlife and Nature As you enjoy your stay in this beautiful forested area, please remember that we are guests in the home of many animals. We take measures to keep our lodge comfortable by using safe insecticides in all rooms and common areas; however, it is essential to remain vigilant. When you are not in your room, please be mindful of where you step and where you place your hands. Always keep doors and mosquito nets securely closed when you’re away from your room. Additionally, never leave food or trash (including wrappers) outside, as this can attract wildlife and disrupt their natural behaviors. Water Quality Information Please note that the tap water at our lodge is NOT suitable for drinking. It naturally contains sulfur, which may give it a slightly yellow appearance. You might notice that rinsing off while washing can feel different; this is due to the soft water quality. Soft water is beneficial for your hair and skin, providing a gentle cleansing experience without harsh minerals.
