Quiet and safe residential neighborhood with schools and universities, mall, and supermarkets 1 block away, access to restaurants; perfect for tourists who want to relax and stroll. I have a dog and it's suitable for smokers. The space It is a first-floor apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a kitchen open to the living area and a terrace. My daughter (20 years old) and I live there. Guest access You will feel comfortable and very safe with access to the park and swimming pool inside the Condominium, open and comfortable kitchen space and terrace at home, with exclusive bathroom. During your stay We love to welcome guests and guide them in whatever they need, as well as suggest walks and places to visit and how to access them. Communication is direct and permanent, as I live in the apartment, attentive to help with whatever is needed and to help them feel very pleased.
