If your pet has an accident inside or other incident that affects the property, please let me know so I can be prepared when we come to clean - do we need a carpet shampooer or replacement rug, etc.? I have 3 dogs and I understand things happen, but I'd rather know ahead of time what I need to clean or fix the issue, than be surprised by it and must make additional trips and spend unnecessary time preparing for the next guests.
