Then Villa Relax Oasis is the perfect choice for your vacation! The three-storey villa with an area of 200 m² is located in a very quiet neighborhood, only 700 meters from the center of the beautiful, UNESCO-protected city of Trogir. It has 2 parking garages. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a living room and 1 bathroom on the ground floor; a large 60 m² terrace with a lounge area and a gas grill. On the same level there is a swimming pool with a sunbathing area and an outdoor shower. The first floor consists of 4 spacious bedrooms with double beds and private en-suite bathrooms with showers. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Also, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. On the second floor, guests can enjoy a beautiful sea view from the jacuzzi and lounge area. Inside there is an entertainment room with billiards, darts and table football, a living room with a large TV screen and PS4, a fully equipped kitchen and another additional bathroom. The villa can accommodate up to 10 people and offers you an unforgettable holiday experience. Guest access Guests stay in the house alone and the entire villa is at their disposal. Other things to note Our neighborhood is ideal for a relaxing vacation. Not suitable for parties and loud music!. Villa Relax is located in a very quiet, a cul-de-sac, where there is no traffic. The old, UNESCO-protected center of Trogir is just a 10-minute walk away. The airport is a 10-minute drive and the highway is 20 minutes away. Everything you need (supermarkets, market, pharmacy, bakery) is a 2-3 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk. The nearest bakery and 2 markets are within walking distance.
