Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Beautifully renovated, Paradise in Ponce is nestled in Ponce Inlet, Florida.This condo boasts incredible views of the beach from the family room and the main bedroom.Ponce DeLeon Lighthouse is within walking distance. This no drive beach is gorgeous and the building itself is home to many of the owners. Rentals are one month minimum and the building is relatively quiet. We've tried to include everything we can think of to make your stay amazing! The space Our home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full size washer & dryer, well equipped kitchen with coffee maker, crock pot, instant pot, Calphalon pots/pans, a dining area, a desk area that looks onto the screened in lanai and a huge balcony that extends from the family room sliders, past the primary bedroom slider and wraps around to looking out over the river. We are nestled in beautiful Ponce Inlet. Ponce is home to the tallest lighthouse in Florida (Ponce DeLeon Lighthouse & Museum), the Constance Pacetta Hotel & Museum, the Marine Science center with the Turtle Rehabilitation Center, and of course the fabulous Atlantic Ocean. Walk down to the Jetty to watch the surfers, fishermen, and parasailing! Or head down to rent a kayak to spend the day in the mangroves and spend the day watching the dolphin or manatee frolic on disappearing island. We found a slice of our paradise and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Guest access You have the entire condominium. Our 6 buildings has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a gym. a sauna, a community room with a pool table, and underground assigned parking.
