Check-in/check-out services are available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM only. No 24-hour service is provided. In the case where a Luxury Escapes representative is required by building management for check-in during the hours 11:00 PM and 6.00 AM, there will be a 50 Dirham surcharge. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges. Self-Check-In is via key lockbox; instructions and passcode will be provided. The property is a Holiday Home, valid for short-term lets up to 3 months, renewable for the same or shorter period, in line with DTCM regulations. Guests wishing to extend their stay must provide at least two weeks’ notice. All extension payments must be settled no later than 10 days prior to the start of the extended stay. If payment is not received by this time, the company reserves the right to deactivate key access and restrict entry to the property. Access will also be automatically deactivated upon check-out.
