House Welzel on the outskirts of Dresden with fireplace

Haus Welzel is located on the southern outskirts of Dresden and is suitable for couples and families with children. Our house has a spacious living - dining area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with box spring beds, two bathrooms with underfloor heating and a guest toilet. If necessary, there is also a sofa bed and a pull-out couch, so that up to 7 people can vacation together. For our little guests, we are also happy to provide a crib. The space Bedroom 1 has a 180 x 200 cm box-spring bed and a separate bathroom. Bedroom 2 with private balcony has a 160 x 200 cm box spring bed and a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed. For the 7th person, the sofa in the living room can be pulled out to become a sofa bed. The two bedrooms and bathroom are located on the upper floor, The living-dining room, kitchen and guest toilet are on the first floor. The house is available for the guests for exclusive use
