Available appliances include an air fryer, rice cooker, and microwave oven. Guest access Guest Policy – Guests must adhere to the number stated in the booking. Bringing additional people—whether overnight or visiting—without prior approval is not allowed. Any additional guest or visitor must be registered and may incur extra fees. Visitors are not allowed inside the unit but may be received at the lobby or reception area. Guest/s are allowed to use the swimming pool and mini gym free of charge. **Such amenities are perks, but maintenance of these areas are not within our control. We will not provide compensation in the case of closures of these amenities by the building management. Other things to note Extra Services & Amenities Extra Cleaning – Available on request at PHP 500 per service. Internet & Entertainment – High-speed internet with Netflix is provided as a courtesy. No compensation will be given for service interruptions beyond our control. Electricity Usage (Long Stays) – For stays of 28+ days, electricity usage is capped at PHP 5,000 to encourage energy efficiency. Additional charges apply for usage beyond this cap.
