This one of a kind luxurious beach house was completed in June 2023. It has unbelievable ocean views and a private pool that can be heated for an additional fee. It is conveniently located in the Sand Point neighborhood. The boardwalk to the beach is a few steps away. The 6 bedroom, 6 and a half bath home has an elevator, guest carport, large living areas, a large fully equipped kitchen with ocean views, and a game room. Our home as high end finish outs. Pool can be heated $75/day plus tax. The space There is a private pool and downstairs game room. The first floor has a game room, bunk room, and king bedroom. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The second floor consists of two queen bedrooms and one bunk room with their own bathrooms. There is another living area with TV and coffee bar. The top floor has the main living room, kitchen, dining area, half bathroom, and primary bedroom with en suite bathroom. The ocean views are amazing from the second and third floors. Other things to note There is a carport garage for guests to use as well as parking for 4 more vehicles. There is a community pool and hot tub as well as the private pool at the house.
