The complex, made up of two independent stone houses that are more than 200 years old, recently restored to whim and surrounded by nature, will make your stay an unforgettable experience. Whether you're into the mountain trails and forests of Cantabria, or the white sand beaches and endless waves, La Aldea del Rincón is what you were looking for. The space Located in the village of Hazas de Cesto (Cantabria), the Aldea del Rincón is located at the foot of the road where the Barrio del Rincón meets the mountain. Access is through a front patio/garden, common to the two houses, where you can plan your day, enjoy a magical breakfast with your loved ones, or treat your visitors to an appetizer in the shade of the banana tree. The house also has a completely private back garden where you can enjoy the barbecue, shower surrounded by nature, eat outdoors on the outdoor porch with its large wooden table, read a book on its sun loungers or simply enjoy nature and relax with the silence. You will also have at your disposal and free access to a meadow of more than 5000 m2 with fruit trees and spectacular views of the mountain and adjacent forests. The house consists of three absolutely independent floors for the private use of travelers, all built in wood and stone and elegantly decorated to make your stay an unforgettable experience. The Ground Floor, with independent access from the front Patio/Garden and direct access to the private backyard, is the heart of the house and has: * A living room with a wood-burning fireplace, TV, and board games. * A double-height dining room with a table for 6 guests. * Fully-equipped kitchen with service bar. * Its own wine cellar. * A freezer chest. * A bathroom * Private garden with outdoor porch, outdoor shower, barbecue and sun loungers. The first floor, with access from a beautiful wooden staircase, consists of: * Double Bedroom I, with a 1.35 double bed and views of the back garden and the mountain. * Double Bedroom II, with a 1.35 double bed, standard crib and views of the front yard and the mountains. * Full bathroom with views of the front garden and the mountain. The ground floor is undoubtedly the most magical area of the house. Featuring the warmth of wood and spectacular mountain views, it consists of: * Single Bedroom I, with a 90 bed and reading space overlooking the Backyard and the mountains. * Single Bedroom II, with a 90 bed and reading space overlooking the Backyard and the mountains. * Work area with antique wooden desk and rocking chair. * Living area with large Velux windows overlooking the front garden and the mountain. Guest access The house has all its amenities set up privately and independently and with full free access. Other things to note Due to its privileged location in the middle of nature, the coverage both inside the house and in the front patio/garden has weak points. In the back garden and the adjacent lawn, coverage is normal.
