Note before your arrival: Due to the special construction and the monument protection, we can promise you the booked category, but not a special apartment within this category. Thank you for your understanding. The space Maisonette Our stylishly furnished 65 m² duplex apartment combines modern living with urban flair and is ideal for up to two people. On two light-flooded levels, you will experience a special living feeling: a spiral staircase connects the sleeping area with the living room and thus creates an open, inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove and coffee machine offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and an initial set of linen and towels are available. Whether a business trip or a city trip – in this duplex you live independently and stylishly on the upper floors of the house and enjoy a magnificent view over the rooftops of Berlin. Please note that the top floor is accessible only by stairs, as the elevator does not go directly to the apartment.
