Modern and elegant apartment, with attention to every detail in Endine Gaiano (BG); located on the first floor in a historic building, registered in the general list of cultural, architectural and landscape heritage of the Lombardy Region. Just a 10-minute walk from the lake, an apartment that is part of a quiet and peaceful building. Parking spaces are uncovered and free inside the courtyard. History and modernity come together to let you discover the beauty of the lake all year round. The space To enter the courtyard by car, a narrow two-way climb is required (old town NO ZTL). The entrance door allows the entry of all types of cars with some necessary maneuvering. The gate is automatic, so the guest is provided with the remote control and the key in case of a power failure. Inside the courtyard, the guest will have uncovered parking spaces available. The apartment is furnished with refined furniture and objects, special care is required. Guests are required not to wear shoes inside the apartment and that the pets allowed are cleaned well before entering the apartment. In the living room there is a sofa bed, in the bedroom there is a double bed. Dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery, towels, placemats, detergents and sponges are provided for any needs (including even coarse cleaning at check-out), vacuum cleaner, TV, broom, brush, hairdryer, hangers, coffee maker, special garbage bags, kettle, television, blankets, pillows, set of towels (shower towel, face, bidet). Upon arrival, you will find both the sofa bed and the bed ready with clean sheets and a set of three towels for each guest. The apartment is inside a quiet and peaceful condominium, guests are required to respect the normal rules of politeness and to avoid nightly noise. Condominium regulations: quiet hours from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Guest access Lake Endine is a hidden pearl of the Cavallina Valley, nestled between rolling hills and lush forests. Ideal for those seeking nature, silence and breathtaking views. In the surrounding area you can take romantic walks along the lake, picnic on the lawn or take a pedal boat ride. In summer you can rent bicycles, sunbathe on the shores of the lake, and rest. In winter – if you're lucky – you might see it frozen, a rare sight! A few minutes away you will find charming villages such as Monasterolo del Castello, with its private castle overlooking the water, Spinone al Lago with its restaurants overlooking the lake and Ranzanico, a panoramic balcony overlooking the valley.
