Suitable for dogs and their adults, older children & teenagers. Downstairs You enter into an open plan dining and kitchen area. The spacious dining area with a hand made table. The kitchen has plenty of worktop space and shelving for storage. It's fully equipped with an induction hob, fan oven, grill, microwave, fridge freezer, washer/drier, kettle, toaster, cafetierre & lots of utensils. It's often described as quirky by our guests and maybe one reason is that instead of a guest book we invite you to write on our kitchen wall! Go through the door and there's a cosy lounge room for relaxing at night with a comfy sofa, coffee table and wall mounted Sky Glass TV with Sky TV services. Upstairs The open staircase leads up to the main bedroom with a king size bed, hanging and storage space for clothes. There is also a wall mounted TV which can be used for streaming services from your phone. The second bedroom is a quirky snug double bedroom with exposed stone wall & hanging space for clothes. Please note whilst the bed is very comfy, there is lower than normal headroom over the bed, take a look at the photos. This room also has a wall mounted TV for streaming. The shower room is fully equipped with a corner shower, heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Outside The back patio doors of the house open onto an enclosed paved garden which catches the sun, when the sun goes down pop on the outside lighting. It's easy to relax here, with a gas BBQ (please state when booking that you would like this) table and seating. There's also a back gate entrance and outside tap – just in case your dogs need a clean before going into the house! The back gate has a bolt on the garden side enabling you to be sure your dogs are safe in the fenced, paved garden. High speed sky broadband throughout the property and decent mobile phone coverage . The Saints Gym is only a couple hundred metres away (next to the car park you'll be using) and day passes are reasonably priced. Check out their website. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole house and an enclosed dog friendly paved rear garden with outside gate. Other things to note Please note the open staircase and design of the property makes this property unsuitable for young children. If you have pets, they're very welcome, we've had dogs and cats staying. When booking please let me know what pets you would like to bring and their names.
