PLEASE NOTE - There are many steps leading down to the lake/dock. The stairs are very sturdy but steep. - Fire wood is not provided for the fire pit but you are welcome to bring your own! We also recommend bringing lawn chairs for additional seating around the fire pit. ★★INITIAL SUPPLIES★★ We provide an initial starter set of toiletries that includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for each bathroom, dishwasher pods, toilet tissue, trash bags, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, private dock, outdoor dining areas, fire pit, and private lake frontage during their stay. Self check-in is available via smart lock for a smooth and convenient arrival experience. Other things to note ● Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am ● Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. ● No pets allowed. ● No events, parties or large gatherings ● Please note there are many stairs leading down to the dock and water frontage. The steps are very sturdy but steep. Guests that do not wish to use the stairs can still enjoy the beautiful lake views from the deck!
