Authentic Corsican village house

This is a typical Corsican mountain hamlet house dating back to 1792. It is authentic, little transformed but nevertheless comfortable, warm and very cool in summer! The place is simple, pleasant, peaceful, with very friendly neighbors, beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, and walks to do on foot. Located on the west side of Castagniccia, we are close to Corte, Golo or Asco for the rivers or Balagne for its villages and beaches. The space The house is 100 m2, perched at the top of a beautiful staircase, it is accessed by the "terrezolu" located above vaulted cellars. It has 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed of 120 (blue room), 1 double bed of 120 (ocher room), 2 single beds of 80 or depending on the configuration 1 bed of 160 (red room), 2 living rooms (a dining room with a very nice fireplace where the TV movie "Colomba" was filmed, a reading and/or games room), an equipped kitchen (with oven, coffee makers, kettle, toaster, etc.) with table and fireplace, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and finally a traditional terrace with views of the San Pedrone. In addition to this, there is the garden with a large terrace overlooking the mountain (dinner/barbecue/outdoor shower for beach returns). Guest access You have access to the whole place and a large and beautiful terrace on the garden side. Other things to note You have free municipal parking just down the street from the house.
