The location is very convenient for students from NTNU, TKU, PCCU, Soochow, NTU, NTUT and NTUST. If you are looking for a cozy room in a quiet area, this international flat is a good choice! The space this is a 5 rooms apartment with a open kitchen, a living room, front balcony and a shared bathroom. the tenant has key for their own room and will be sharing other common area with other flatmates. Most tenants here are studying in NTU, NTNU, NCCU, NTUE, NTUST, or doing their intern & working here from 3 months to long term stay. Its good space to meet international people. P.S. No party apartment. We only accept respectful tenants to neighbors as well as flatmates. Tenant need to help clean up after you use common area but we offer regular cleaning service for common area space. Bathroom cleaning service is once a week. Living room and kitchen will be cleaned once every two weeks. Guest access Private room, shared living room, shared kitchen, shared bathroom. During your stay available when you need help. Other things to note Tenant will have to buy Taipei city government issued trash bags on your own, and also need to take a turn with other flatmates to throw out trash & recycle on turn by room cards. no party flat. a room lease will be signed by tenant at check in and passport photocopy will be provided to the landlord.
