The space Newly renovated modern beach house featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a quiet, private part of Isle of Palms, just a short walk to the beach, close to the marina, and right outside the gates of Wild Dunes Resort. Please note: During the summer season, we primarily offer Saturday-to-Saturday rentals. There may be some flexibility around the first week of June and the July 4th holiday depending on availability, so feel free to inquire. The home features an oversized spa-like primary bathroom that feels like a private retreat. Nearly the size of a bedroom itself, the space includes a double vanity, a large two-person walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, and a freestanding soaking tub designed for total relaxation. The brand-new kitchen is fully updated with marble countertops, a huge island, and a professional-grade range and oven — perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. All one level and ideal for families, the house includes kids’ toys and extras to help make your stay easy and enjoyable. Outside, enjoy the huge back porch with an oversized dining table perfect for outdoor dinners and relaxing evenings. The 4th bedroom functions as a flexible office/guest space with a desk and twin bed. Please note this room is open to the main living area and does not have a door. Guests also enjoy access to the Wild Dunes Resort pools. Included with your stay is a street-legal 6-passenger LSV golf cart — perfect for beach runs, sunset rides around the island, trips to the marina, and easy access to Wild Dunes amenities and pools.
