This fully renovated former wine cellar offers a peaceful and relaxing stay for the whole family in the heart of the countryside! The cottage is south-facing with views of the woods, so you can easily hit the hiking trails or go for your morning jog! Here, you'll get a breath of fresh air and enjoy peace and quiet, not to mention a spacious swimming pool! Perfect for lovers of nature, the countryside, and wide-open spaces! Don't wait! The space All rooms of the cottage are south-facing and overlook the terrace that runs along the accommodation. The cottage is on one level, very bright, and tastefully furnished and decorated by us! **Inside** It is composed of a large bright kitchen and dining room with terracotta tiles and tommettes. You have 5 bedrooms in total composed as follows: - Bedroom 1: Spacious bedroom with double bed, suitable for people with reduced mobility, with ensuite bathroom/WC with walk-in shower - Bedroom 2: Bedroom with double bed and its own private bathroom and toilet - Bedroom 3: Children's bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom/WC - Bedroom 4: Interior wood bedroom with two single beds - Bedroom 5: Bedroom with two single bunk beds and a small bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are connected. Also the cottage is equipped with a laundry room with washing machine. **Outside** - Terrace, garden furniture - Garden - Swimming Pool - Ball court - Swing Access to the cottage is via a private road and you have a parking space in front of the accommodation. Namely: Sheets are provided, however, we invite you to carry your bath towels and bed sheets. +++ If you want to stay with your pet, please let us know! +++ Guest access * Shops Bakeries, butchers, newsstands, pharmacies, and supermarkets are located 10 minutes from the vacation home. (Monségur and La Réole) You will also have the opportunity to explore our local weekly markets in the surrounding area: Mondays in Duras, Tuesdays in Sauveterre, Wednesdays in Créon, Thursdays in Eymet, Fridays in Monségur, and Saturdays in La Réole or Bazas. * Tourist and nature activities: Here we are at the junction between the department of La Gironde and Lot et Garonne and very close to the Dordogne. This situation offers an endless panel of discoveries!!! For example, you can visit the surrounding bastides and villages such as Monségur, La Réole, Sauveterre de Guyenne, Blasimon, Meilhan sur Garonne... And also the châteaux of the region, for example that of Duras, Nérac, Bonaguil en Lot et Garonne or those of Villandraut, Roquetaillade (Mazères), Malromé (former residence of Toulouse-Lautrec in Saint André du Bois) in Gironde. You will have the opportunity to cool off in the cottage's swimming pool, as well as in the local lakes (Blasimon, Casteljaloux), or by enjoying the well-equipped beaches along the Garonne (Marmande) or the Lot (Clairac, Castelmoron-sur-Lot). Finally, we recommend discovering our beautiful rivers by canoeing on the Garonne, the Dropt or the Lot. You can also climb by climbing in Sainte Colombe de Duras or ride a bike along the Canal de Garonne or direction Bordeaux on the Roger Lapébie bike path! You've understood, there is no shortage of outdoor activities and visits in our beautiful region!!! Other things to note - Housekeeping: When you check out, you are asked to do a minimum of cleaning and tidying up (clean the dining table, put away the dishes, sweep the kitchen, etc.) even though you have paid the cleaning fee. - Waste sorting: To help protect our environment, PLEASE sort your waste during your stay (glass / cardboard packaging / compost). - Wine: Thanks to a partnership we have established, you will have the opportunity to visit a small organic winery just minutes from the accommodation.
