You are walking distance to cafes, supermarkets, walking and cycleways whilst still being close to the airport, wineries and other attractions in Marlborough. *please note there are roadworks on the street and property to the north, until March/April 2026* The space The house features 4 spacious and comfortable bedrooms all with beautiful views over the secluded gardens. The lovely living areas feature a large seperate lounge, dining in the open plan kitchen and both rooms open to the patio and outside dining area next to the pool. The gardens are wonderful to explore and the outdoor entertaining area is sunny and sheltered, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Guest access The house and outdoor entertaining areas are exclusively yours to enjoy throughout your stay. There is extensive off street parking. The driveway is shared with a paddock and horse arena which may need to be intermittently accessed if there is a horse present. Other things to note There is space for a caravan to be parked and connect to power onsite, please contact us if you would like to discuss this.
