Spread out in the 3 cabinas, large covered outdoor living/dining area, commercial kitchen and salt water infinity pool. Take a short 5 minute walk to the private waterfall or stroll the hillsides looking for ripe fruit from the hundreds of fruit trees. The 3 cabinas all have ensuite bathrooms and hot water showers. Large overhead fans keep you cool as well as the mountain breezes & 1 has ac. This is a perfect nature spot in the cool mountains for a family gathering or small retreat. Only 7 minutes to Platanillo where there a 2 grocery stores and several small restaurants, yet you'll feel like you are tucked away in glorious nature, with beautiful views and a private waterfall. Dominical Beach is only 20 minutes away with its cool beach town vibe and surfing. Enjoy the privacy of your own cabina, with its own baths, kitchens and living areas or all gather together at the large covered living and dining area with a salt water infinity pool attached. Create delicious dishes together in the commercial kitchen and linger over a meal in the dining room that can seat 18 people. We live on the property and also have a caretaker to assist you with your needs . We enjoy interacting with our guests and assisting them with excursions, but will respect your space and privacy. This is a very quiet area, with mainly nature noises. We can only see one of neighbors house in the distance, so you will feel like you are far away from it all, yet still be close to amenities. The best way to get here is by renting a car and you don't need a 4x4 to get to the property. The bus stop is a couple miles away - about a 20 minute walk. Many small cars and sedans have made it to our property without an issue. However, when it rains hard, it is more challenging on the dirt roads. A SUV or a 4x4 can be helpful.
