Villa Arte is a historic panoramic villa that was born on the Marmorata Bay of Ravello, in a privileged position: just 3 minutes walk from Minori and a few kilometers from Ravello. The residence, recently renovated, has a large swimming pool overlooking the sea, surrounded by a characteristic Mediterranean-style Roof Garden, and is the perfect solution for large groups thanks to its spacious Suites, all with balconies overlooking the sea. All rooms are furnished with meticulously selected design elements and fine craftsmanship. Equipped with every comfort such as A/c, Wi-Fi, Smart Tv, Usb sockets and Safe, the Suites of the residence enjoy sunlight for the whole day and a breathtaking view. The villa has a size of 300 square meters and is organized on one level: • Mediterranean-style Roof Garden overlooking the sea with Solarium and large private swimming pool, also designed to be a venue for events (to be agreed in advance with the property, extra cost); • Living room - internal - and dining room, over 25m2 with direct access to the Roof Garden, equipped with a table for 8 people; • Bathroom entirely made with made in Italy design, with music system and chromotherapy shower, hand-painted Vietri ceramic tiles made for the centenary of the Bauhaus and bathroom furniture made by local artisans; • Fully equipped kitchen, with oven and dishwasher; • 3 double suites with sea view: • Suite 1: double bed with possibility of extra single bed and bathroom with Jacuzzi • Suite 2: double bed (divisible into two single beds) • Suite 3: double bed with possibility of extra single bed • In the pool area there is another bathroom available with shower, in addition to the outdoor shower near the pool. The Villa is located in the Marmorata district of Ravello, in an area from which it is possible to enjoy unforgettable sunsets and can be easily reached via the road that leads from Maiori to Amalfi. It can be accessed both from the private garage, available to guests, and from the shared garage with lift.
