This beautiful newly built modern villa is located in peaceful area of Tivat, only few minutes driving from Tivat center, Porto Montenegro and Tivat airport. If you prefer walking, you can reach the town centre and Porto Montenegro in 20 minutes. If you like to enjoy the sea view/the sunsets, this place is for you. We have 3 options that you can book: •Villa Roc Blanc (whole villa) •Villa Roc Blanc ground floor (same level as the pool) •Villa Roc Blanc penthouse (apartment on the first floor) The space The villa has two large apartments with their own access to the building. Both apartments consist of 2 guest bedrooms and 1 en suite master bedroom, all of them beautifully decorated with high-quality furniture. All rooms have underfloor heating and central AC system. All bathrooms are equipped with essentials. The custom made kitchen with beautiful clean lines has everything you need to prepare delicious food. The living room offers comfortable lounge area if you want to admire the sea view or just relax with a nice book and a cup of coffee. You will have your own garage space dedicated to the apartment and storage area that you can use. The large 200m2 terrace, which is equipped with comfortable furniture and a dining table, invites you to have meals together. The swimming pool is shared between the two apartments but the long terrace offers enough privacy for everyone. All rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the pool.
