There is a one-time $150 fee per stay which covers up to two dogs. Please note the the fee is a separate charge sent over after booking is confirmed. ★☆ Book Now & Let Us Take Care Of You In Panama City Beach! ☆★ Guest access A few things to note: - Our cleaners offer a courtesy supply of LIGHT amenities (a trash bag, roll of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent). We do not stock spices, oils, sunscreen, food storage (ziplocs, foil etc.) so please plan accordingly if you'll need these items. -If you have a trip longer than 24 hours, or are coming with a larger group please plan ahead & bring any extra items you anticipate needing during your stay. - All linens are provided for your stay. WE DO NOT provide beach towels for guests to use poolside or at the beach. WE DO provide beach cart, 6 chairs, cooler, and umbrella for guests. -Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated, please book with accurate guest count for your stay and to ensure we’ve provided enough linens as well. -Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10pm sharp. We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time. Other things to note Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your driver license Must submit a $350 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
