We welcome you to our private, waterfront beach house that provides you with all the amenities and comforts a vacationer would require, recent upgrades and remodel to the home keeps the property fresh and relevant. The space FEATURES OF HOME: • We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and provide a starter pack of necessities: such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap for each bathroom. • Beautifully decorated with ample seating, and multiple entertainment spaces for children and adults. • The home is built as a connected Duplex with 2 access doors on second and third levels that connect both units (Seascape rents out as a single Home in the summer) • 6 Bed, 6 bath Home • Each side of the unit contains its own custom kitchen with breakfast bar seating and dining area – seating for 12 dining per side. (extra chair and stool can be found in 2nd level main guest room and closet) • Kitchens are completely stocked with everything you need- Just bring food, drinks, family and friends! • Each side of the home has its own: o Large Living room area with Smart TV o Large Couches which also provide a Queen sofa bed (bedding in 2nd level main guest room closet) o Private second story balcony access in each of 2nd level guest rooms overlooking the pool and the Bay canals o Private third story balcony access in each of the Master Suites overlooking Perdido Key’s beautiful State Park and Beach o Outdoor Showers • Ample parking for up to 8 vehicles; covered parking also available with simple and convenient parking for a personal watercraft or boat trailer • Outdoor guest storage closet contains our personal patio deck umbrella for your use on the deck, as well as beach chairs, pool and beach toys for the kids to enjoy on the beach, and a container of outdoor pillows and a bed skirt for the patio swing as pictured.
