Our one bedroom lock off is located in downtown Minturn, a small town nestled conveniently between Vail and Beaver Creek. The lock off is an 11 minute drive to Vail Village and 15 minutes to Beaver Creek. Located walking distance to several restaurants and shops in Minturn. You can enjoy a private entrance, small patio, kitchenette, king size bed, and full private bath. Come and enjoy our beautiful hiking trails and convenient location to Vail and Beaver Creek. The space The lock off is located on the lower level of our full time residence. Our home was built in 2020 so you'll enjoy the comforts of a newly constructed home. There is a private entrance located to the left of our front door. To access follow the path to the side patio and sliding glass door entrance to the lock off. The space is equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette with small kitchen appliances for cooking & refrigerator. There is also full coffee & tea service. The living room sofa converts to a full size sleeper sofa & comes with linens. The separate bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, and closet. The bathroom has a full size soaking depth bath tub & shower. Guest access Guests may access the lock off by using the sliding glass door entrance located on the side patio. The key is located in a lock box mounted to the hose bib to the left of the entry door. Winter Parking Street parking is the available parking option in the winter. There is street parking availability on Toledo, Boulder, or Pine Streets. Please follow all Town of Minturn posted signage about snow removal days. I have the parking details & information printed in the lock off. Guests may use our driveway to load and unload belongings. Summer Parking There are two spaces in a gravel area just past our driveway and to the right of the Minturn Fire Station for guest use during the summer. There is also Parking available on Toledo, Boulder, & Pine streets. Guests may use our driveway to load and unload their belongings.
