This is a self-contained property rather than serviced, a small amount of instant coffee, sugar, tea, and sugar is provided as a complimentary. Towels are not replaced, but you are free to use the washing machine as needed. We offer free cleaning of the property (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance. We allow cat or dog only. Per the listing, only one pet is allowed and up to 10kg only. An extra damage deposit of $250 applies. Pet will stay indoors as this property doesn't have an outdoor area.
