I live on property on the upper level but I will give u space and privacy ( I am available via text.) My place is a 20 minute train ride to the Smithsonian(s)’ museums. A 20-minute car ride to the MGM casino & National Harbor, 10 min drive to RFK football stadium. A 25 min drive to the White House. Park and hop on metro right down the street from my house to popular tourist attractions in D.C.. Drive to MARYLAND destinations
