Relax and unwind in this cozy, authentic fisherman's house. Quietly located in a fishing village Paesens Moddergat directly on the Wadden Sea. You are looking out towards the sea dike. Far away from the crowds in a quiet fishing village. Cycling, hiking, mudflat walking, visiting Schiermonnikoog or Ameland, the seaport in Lauwersoog, Dokkum city for shopping, and much more. The Lauwersmeer is amazingly beautiful. Bird lovers will love it. Life is great here! Ideal for peace seekers/nature lovers. The space Wadden Leven is an authentic fisherman's cottage from 1900. With a hall, living/dining room, kitchen, utility room, shower and toilet and bedroom downstairs. Upstairs there is a bedroom with landing and closet space. This bedroom is reached via steep stairs with a sliding door in front of it. The bedrooms have large double beds with a Tempur mattress and down duvets and pillows. The house has a gas heater in the living room, otherwise no central heating. The kitchen is very complete with dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric stove, kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle, toaster, mixer, Senseo and filter coffee maker. For our guests, we rent out including bed, bath and kitchen linen. Tourist tax €1.50 p.p.p.n. is settled separately on arrival with the host. The house is very complete. The shower is a lovely rainfall shower. Behind the house is a sunny enclosed garden. On request: if you need a cot (up to 2.5 years) with bed linen and a high chair, this will cost €15 per stay. Guest access The entire house is for the guests. Other things to note Tourist tax is payable on site. There is no central heating in the house, in the living room there is a gas stove. On request: cot with bed linen and high chair €15 per stay. No pets, no smoking or raclette grills in the house. No parties and gatherings. No guests under 23 years old.
