About Little Glass House Our cozy, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home in SW OKC is perfect for families or small groups, and is 5 min from the airport, 15 min from downtown OKC, 20 min from the fairgrounds, and 20 min from OU. It's also conveniently located near numerous shopping and food options. Entry to the home is a breeze, with a code for self-check in. The fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and backyard with a patio make it a perfect home away from home. The space Little Glass House features three bedrooms, each with its own bed and linens. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a private half bathroom. The two additional bedrooms feature a full-sized bed in one and two twin-sized beds in the other. A full bathroom is located in the hallway, stocked with fresh towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Both the living room and dining area are drenched in sunlight during the day, providing the most beautiful light. Guest access As our guest, you'll have access to everything in our home except for the garage. This includes the fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living and sleeping areas, and the fenced-in backyard with patio. The driveway can accommodate 4 cars. Other things to note There will be multiple exterior security cameras monitoring the public entrances to the home for your safety. We do have an ironing board and iron available for use. PET POLICY Pets Allowed by Approval Only • Pets must be approved in advance and included in the reservation. • Maximum: 1–2 dogs only (no cats, birds, reptiles, or other animals). • No puppies under 1 year. Pet Fee • A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per stay, per pet. House Rules for Pets • Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. • Pets must be crated when left alone in the home. • Guests must pick up pet waste immediately (yard/nearby areas). • Excessive barking or complaints from neighbors may result in cancellation. • Guests are responsible for any damage, extra cleaning, or odors caused by the pet. Unauthorized Pets • Bringing a pet without approval may result in a $200 fee and/or immediate cancellation without refund, per Airbnb policy. Service Animals • Service animals are allowed in accordance with Airbnb policy and are not subject to pet fees.
